About Tamil Nadu Tape Ball Association

The Tamil Nadu Tape Ball Association (TNTA) is the officially recognized governing
body committed to promoting, organizing, and developing tape ball cricket across
Tamil Nadu. Operating under a certified and nationally aligned framework, TNTA
upholds professional standards that ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in
every tournament, event, and activity conducted under its banner.
TNTA provides equal opportunities for both men and women players to participate and
grow through a structured competition pathway. Regular district-level matches are
conducted across the state to identify emerging talent. From these, players advance to
semi-state, state, national, and international tournaments under the guidance of the
National Tape Ball Body.
The association’s certified framework defines the official rules, structure, and standards
of the sport, ensuring that tape ball cricket in Tamil Nadu meets the expectations of a
recognized and professional sporting body. TNTA focuses on creating a strong
foundation at the grassroots level and giving every player the opportunity to rise through
merit and dedication.

Clubs Can Enroll With TNTA
Clubs across Tamil Nadu can officially enroll with TNTA to gain recognition, participate
in tournaments, and become part of the certified framework. This ensures a strong
connection between the state body, district associations, and clubs, fostering the
growth of tape ball cricket at every level.
